1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to any promotions ("Promotion") conducted by Simpl Solutions ("Company") in New Zealand. By participating in a promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you must:

·         Be a legal resident of New Zealand.

·         Be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

·         Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

·         Be acting on behalf of an active; registered business within the 'Companies            Register' or acting on behalf of an organisation that is registered in 'The                  Charities Register', or the 'Incorporated Societies Register' as a decision                  maker for the business/organisation.

Employees of the Simpl Solutions, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion will commence on Thursday 9th January 2025 and end on Thursday 16th January 2025.  (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, participants must:

·         Complete and submit the entry form available here.

·         Provide accurate and complete information as required on the entry form.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prizes

The prizes for the Promotion are as follows:

·         A PC Workstation combo/setup. Comprising of:

x1 Refurbished HP EliteDesk 800 G4 Desktop Mini i5 8500T, Warranty: 6 Months  

x1 24” monitor, x1 keyboard/mouse.

·         Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other alternatives. Simpl Solutions reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on Friday 17th January 2025. Winners will be notified via either phone/email within 7 days of the drawing.

If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. General Conditions

Participation in the Promotion constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and to Simpl Solutions decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Simpl Solutions reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Terms or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

8. Publicity

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without any compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Simpl Solutions is not responsible for:

·         Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion.

·         Technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software.

·         Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion.

·         Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simpl Solutions shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or any prize awarded.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

11. Privacy

Any personal information collected during the Promotion will be used in accordance with Simpl Solutions Privacy Policy. By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to Simpl Solutions collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion and as otherwise permitted by law.

12. Amendments

Simpl Solutions reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Company’s website; www.simplsolutions.co.nz
